On this episode, we are joined by Kayla Clay! You’ve probably talked to her if you’ve called in! She started with us when Rogers was just a little itty-bitty business. Kayla has grown with us–and we are so grateful to have her!
Kayla tells Alyssa that she is always learning in her position, especially patience! Kayla hopes to move into a dispatch leadership position. Kayla and Alyssa discuss success and how important it is to have a strong support team, as well as her goal of training and helping others.
