Peyton and Alyssa discuss recruiting and lessons they both have learned through operating businesses.
Peyton discusses the importance of hiring quality employees over quantity. He explains that racing has opened a lot of doors for him and believes that was in God’s plan.
His business advice: “Just because you have a little extra in your checkbook doesn’t necessarily mean you should grow, and there’s always a lesson to be learned in everything you do, and be ready at all times.”
If given the opportunity to have dinner with anyone outside of his family, he’d pick either Trump or Billy Graham.
