On this episode, we are joined by the one and only Jim Hinshaw, VP of Service Nation. Jim has over 50 years of experience in the industry. If you’ve ever attended a Service Nation event, you’ve met Jim.
Jim went to the University of Missouri, Rolla and accidentally found himself in this industry. His advice is “don’t ignore the little random thing in life.”
Jim owned a business, sold the business and worked in consulting for other businesses involved in Service Nation.
His advice to business owners is to “have flexibility as a leader, make sure you connect with your people and put your employees in a position to succeed.”
His personal goals include growing the sales side of Service Nation and continuing to encourage all those he comes in contact with.
