Jim went to the University of Missouri, Rolla and accidentally found himself in this industry. His advice is “don’t ignore the little random thing in life.”
Jim owned a business, sold the business and worked in consulting for other businesses involved in Service Nation.
His advice to business owners is to “have flexibility as a leader, make sure you connect with your people and put your employees in a position to succeed.”
His personal goals include growing the sales side of Service Nation and continuing to encourage all those he comes in contact with.
